Let's try simple steps and check if this helps in resolving the issue. Follow the below methods.
Method i.
I recommend you lot to run system maintenance troubleshooter and check.
-
PressWindows + X keys on the keyboard and selectControl Panel.
-
TypeTroubleshooting on the search bar on theControl Panel.
-
Click on view all and click on System maintenance.
-
Click onAdvanced on the Organisation maintenance dialog box and click onRun as ambassador (Enter the credentials if required).
- Click on Next and follow onscreen instruction complete the Hardware and devices troubleshooter.
If the issue still persist, attempt the beneath method:
Method 2.
I would propose you to boot the organisation in Make clean boot land and check if it the issue nonetheless persist. Clean boot process will help you decide which third party program/app that is causing this issue. It could be some other awarding or programs, which runs on the computer at the groundwork, leading to this issue. Please visit the below link on how to perform Clean kick.

Method 3.
I recommend y'all to go to the Disk Management and check if bulldoze is detecting the disk drive.
Press Windows + R and type diskmgmt.msc on the box and hit Enter.
If all the hard bulldoze is detecting on Disk management try the below method.
Method 4.
I propose yous to run check disk on the hard bulldoze to see if there are any corruptions.
Follow the below steps:

PressWindows primal + X, clickCommand Prompt (Admin).

In theControl Prompt, type the following command, and and so printingENTER:
chkdsk /f

Update:
After doing a Clean Boot I began restarting programs.. When I turned on Norton Security (Comcast Version) it crashed but gave me a reason why. Said that it wasn't compatible with Fast Boot and I should turn that off.. I have and will post back if that solves the problem.

2d update:
Information technology's been a week now and no more mistake messages. Plain disabling 'Fast Start' solved the problem. Hope this helps anyone else getting the same error message. And hopefully Microsoft will address the effect so Fast Kickoff can be re-enabled.

After 4 weeks the trouble has somewhat returned.. One again after the pc has been on for a while (4 hours or more) it slows to a clamber.. I restart, get the error then later the restart everything is dorsum to normal... I've run all Dell diagnostics, chkdsk, Memtest as well as malware scans. My suspicion is that the culprit is Edge. I think I'll try Firefox as my simply browser for a while and meet what happens. To be connected....

Cheers for the update and apologies for inconvenience.
Yous may desire to create a new user account and check if the result nevertheless persists.
Press Windows central + R to open up RUN box
Type control userpasswords2 and press OK
Under User Account window and under Users tab, click Add tab
Under How will this person sign-in windows, click the option at the bottom Sign in without a Microsoft account (not recommended)
On the next window click Local Account at the bottom
Choose a user proper name (use countersign if you want to or y'all can leave the password section bare every bit it is just to test)
Click Side by side so click Terminate
As y'all click Finish, the previous User Accounts window remains on the screen
Select newly created user and click Properties
Click Grouping Membership tab
Click to select Ambassador and click Other and select Administrator from drop-down menu
Click Apply and then click OK
